Step 1 degrease and produce slight fire stain by 1 minute at 750c
step 2 spray thin adhesive and apply three leaves.
step 3. sieve leaded flux overall, remove leaves and fire 1 min at 900c
step 4. sieve the same flux over just one of the leaves, and fire. That leaf turns red. The two others are fire scale black.
step 5. sieve lead-free ivory overall, and fire. Ivory turns greenish. It begins to crawl over surface of the two leaves that are fire-scaled.
Fire repeatedly until you have the crawl effect that satisfies. The more firings, the greater the black edge to the leaf, and the more the ivory forms a green ridge. I use this effect also on some panels. less
