those 2 are the tests I made to try the painting mediums , they are 28mm diameter and 28x28mm for the squre one. The kittenwas paintedwith sandal oil andthe bird with lavender, I prefered giving up the painting They were not worth the effort to improve them. It's better to use the time trying to make better ones I'll frame them in a little bronze frame

DESCRIPTION : I work with metal clay and use it to frame the miniature It's 40 years that I didn't paint on enamel, I must learn patience and paint more and thinner layers painted on blythe white opal (bought in 1977) with Schauer paints and an old painting medium I bought in 1974 that smells like terpentine.....I tried lavenderoil and sandal nut didn't like it . I made the frames with bronze clay . The round enamel piece is 35mm Diameter , the square is 35x35mm

    Francoise Zainal I must learn to make very thin lines , I have thin brushes but I'm used to paint on canvas sometimes of more than one meter and this one is so tiny. Just need training to mix the right quantity of powder with my painting oil it must be very dark...  more
