Thank you Mark for an incredible tutorial on how you made the cross! I have two questions: did you acid etch the cross? and was your pieces laser cut since they seem to fit so perfectly?

The pieces themselves were cut out using a bench-top mill using CNC and a 2mm cutter. You're right they do fit together precisely, I don't think I could have done it by hand.
