    Hi Chris,

    Great tutorial. I make flat pieces - some work out great and some crack. Is it okay to enamel on flat pieces and is there a more surefire (excuse the pun) way to keep more consistent? The flat pieces fit well with the rest of my work and I prefer how it looks. I use graphite and draw on the pieces.
    I have only just realised I need to counter enamel so need to get a trivet.
