I'm still experimenting and I have a lot more to learn about liquid enamels. After applying the initial counter enamel and base coat I began painting. When the paint is dry, you may remove what you don't like (with needles, skewers, dental tools), and fire. You may then add more paint and repeat the process. I fired this one 5-7 times after the initial base coat was applied.
Terrie , this is really cool, can you explain to the members the steps you took to make this piece? It would be great if you put up a tutorial in the Liquid Enamel section of the Notebooks. I know I wold love to try liquid enamels more if I knew how to

Thanks,

Hi Chris! Thank you! I know I will learn a great deal from this site.
I really enjoyed being in yours and Kathy's class. Your demonstration was exciting and so is your work! Hope to see you again before too long.
