Hi Jennifer thank you for your comment ,14k gold is stronger than 18k . That,s the reason I prefer 14k .This piece is cast , just like the butterfly ruby. I made only one wing.

If you do the enamelling first and then setting the stones and the enamel is breaking , just put the piece for another two minutes in the oven and your problem is solved.

Did you set them first and then add the enamel?
