Last year I had a chance to buy a really big kiln, with a rolling table in front of it to get pieces in and out, but I just didn't have any room for it. The price was very good for the size kiln, too. But....that's life!
I'm sorry, I just start writing in English, so I can make some mistakes ..however is certainly a commitment to have a large oven, but you can create objects as large as 36"x36" very expensive. good job!

Amazing...and I am very impressed by the size. You must have access to a really big kiln...how I envy you. The biggest I can do is 12"x12". I used to be able to drive down to Thompson Enamel's studio/factory and use the big kiln there, making up to about 24"x28" pieces. However it was dismantled last summer for a 3-teacher torch firing workshop and hasn't been reassembled since.
My men students who have come over to the enameling side from the bronze casting studio will really like this, too....they are always trying to figure out how to add color to their metal pieces.
Is this piece done in a faure type metho? It is beautiful.
