Thank you, Chris and Trish! now, for the base of the goats I used Schauer leaded opal white 64. It's a great base if you want other colors shadowed into it. The greys were: Thompson 131 Chinchilla, an unknown Thompson grey transparent, then Thompson 132 Toast transparent daubed into it. Another great technique for 'ethereal grey' (which I didn't do this time) is the Chinchilla and a transparent pale orchid over it. The colors 'neutralize' each other into a very delicate grey. It works on Caucasian flesh tones, too.
