Do you need studio time? We can help! Join Metalwerx Open Studio!
Advanced Open Studio is offered to students and local artists with Jewelry 2 experience and above. It is a perfect time to finish up projects and use our specialized equipment and studio. The studio will be open for Advanced Open Studio on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 10am – 5pm, with three spots per day on a first-come, first-served basis.
Spots in the studio for open studio must be reserved in advance by at least the business day. For more information and to sign up for a slot, click here.
In collaboration with Monique Rancourt Artisan Gallery, Metalwerx seeks work from artists who explore color in their work. This exhibition will feature jewelry that embraces a bold use of color in both traditional and unconventional methods. Open to artists living and working in the US. Deadline to apply is May 26.
The May Wear & Share will feature metalsmith, maker and educator Deanna Pastel who will share with us some of her work, her studio space and a studio tool or tip!
Metalwerx's monthly virtual show and tell is a great place to share what you've been up to, meet up with old friends and make new ones!
This week's video is about the The Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works
