Can you be a little more specific about the engine turning (guilloche pattern) you want to have done?  Size and shape of piece, whether a circular wavy line or a straight line pattern?  

Your best bet to find someone in Europe is probably to contact The Society of Ornamental Turners in the UK.  Their membership is worldwide and most of the members' work is in rare hardwood but a number of the members have rose engines and straight line machines and do some work in precious metals.  They have a website , the link to which is: http://www.the-sot.com/index.html.  Suggest you contact their President, Nicholas Edwards, about this.
