I'm a rank beginner at enameling but I did have this experience with 1020 Titanium white as the base coat and 2010 clear enamel over it. I fired it several times and it didn't improve.

Hello, has anyone had problems with transparents cracking over Thompson's Titanium Enamel?  I had previously used Foundation White, but there were so many dark specks in the enamel which I had to keep pulling out, washing out, I decided to try Titanium White.  It is a nice bright white but I've had the cracking problem.
