Based upon conversations with one of the artists on the site and some additional research on my part, I'm removing the conference photos from both sites.  Whilst I believe it falls under the fair use provision of copyright law, it's not important enough of an issue to me to either:

a) go to court over it, or (worse)

b) annoy one of my fellow artists by publishing a photo of their work without their express permission.

Anyone who wants to drop by my house is welcome to browse through my photo albums...

On a hopefully more positive side, if you displayed an item at the Enamelist Society I probably have (at least!!) one good quality photograph of it.  I'll be glad to send it to you if you describe the item to me.  I know the artists of some of the pieces, but not all of them.

And, if you want to give me permission to publish the photo of your work on this or my own website, let me know.  I'll be happy to do so.

It turns out that deleting the albums doesn't delete the photos.

I've emailed Trish to see if she's got a magic "make it all go away" admin feature or whether I have to remove them one at a time...

Trish has some space limitations on her website, so I've loaded up several hundred photos on my site.
