I had an idea. If somebody's english is not very good, may be  he/she should first write her text  in her "broken" english , then write it in her native language so that   other persons who understand this  second language can correct the english errors (if there are some)

I alway type in MS-Word and review their suggestions, then I can accept or reject it.
