I would suggest opening a "My problems and questions" page, where members could ask specific questions and would get specific answers.

This would allow for simple  to "complicated" questions without having to be ashamed! Fact is that for the grandparents generation ( which I belong to ) it is a tough challenge to try to cope with systems designed and evident for the grandchildrens generation! But don't give up, brain training is a blessing for eternal youth!!!

My suggestion is related only to the use of the new site. If we know better how to use the new site, we can continue the discussion about enamel problems, where we have been  in the old site.

The answers to the questions and problems should be given by Garfield or Trish or some other knowledgeable member.
