When you post photos in an album you should give the album a name - then when you want to go back in later and add a new photo you will see on the left side of the "Add a new Photo" page, several boxes - the top box asks "Create a new album" and has an arrow that goes up or down. if you click that arrow, it will give you the list of all your albums by name- you can select from your one album or a different album if you have a few. That photo will then go into that album and "Create a new album will be replaced by the name of your album." It is by default that the box says "Create a new album," because it might be your first go around.

Some members are posting new photos without naming their album so the network does not know where to put them and starts a new album without a name and thats how you have 3 albums and no names. I have deleted one album that had no content in it.
