I have a client that would like some items enameled that will be cast and can be electroplated with 24k or Fine Silver in the areas to be enameled.

this will be a test project and I will be working on just the enamel before a handoff to another for final plating, setting, etc.

The work will be transparent leaded enamel. While I might sift the flux layer wet packing would be done for the final layers.  

What tips might you have for supporting a tube, like a cigar holder?

and in getting the enamel powder to stay put and then to flow evenly?
