Does somebody of you have experiences with enameling on 3D printed copper? And of yes, can you provide some advice what to consider?

since nobody seems to have any experience with printed copper, here are my thoughts.

Do you know if the workpiece is pure copper or an alloy? Pure copper should be easy to enamel. If the Cu is alloyed, it should only be alloyed with zinc and here too with a maximum of 10% zinc. All other copper alloys such as tin or the like can hardly be enamelled. The enamel will almost  chip off.

I would say just try it with opaque enamel. The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

I have never tried 3d printed copper, but depends on the process (wax-lost casting vs powder vs binder), beware of bubbles. I would imagine wax-lost casting is safe, since the entire thing is filled with copper. But if it's powder base (DMLS), I am not sure if there will be gap inside.

Although I haven't heard much on 3d printed copper, I have seen a few advices for metal clay. I would imagine metal clay and binding jet are similar process, so you might try to follow?
