Enamel in really thin sheet of metal and thickness control

    Hi all,

Does anyone have experience with enameling thin sheet of metal? Something like 34 gauge? Does it warp easily? Any trick to straighten it?

Context: I am thinking of trying my hands in watch dial, but a watch dial can't be thicker than 0.7mm, preferable under 0.5mm. I am looking to see how to extend this, but the thinner the piece the better. Wondering if anyone has experience with this.

    Thanks!

For watch dial thickness must be 0,80 +/-0.05 minimum. The copper plate used is 0.20-0.22 thick.
