 I live in a 3rd floor apartment in Leuven, Belgium.

These are pictures of Me working on the desk, here I normally enamel,

and do any other desk stuff. Bench with rolling mill, grinding wheel, bead

storage, repousse´tools, etc.

In the Kiln area, I rarely use the big kiln, since I work mainly small pieces. The big

kiln is taped down because my cat has learned to open it and make a mess! .

 

A view of the room. When not in use I cover the machines with plastic bags to protect them from dust.

I have not included pictures of the wet area because it is a regular bathroom . The only especial thing in it is a big jug with a tap for distilled water. I keep my pickle containers in the covert under the kilns. All the storage in the workshop is for workshop stuff, I have a lot of drawers because I like to (and must, with two cats) keep it tidy.

 

 

Mer, your space is so cozy. I really enjoy your videos of enameling on this forum. Your work is so stunning. Thank you for sharing this with us. Do you workout with the barbell and dumbell on the floor in front of your kiln cabinets? (haha) Love that touch :)

Your studio is a nice and kind "life-style" room. I like your videos , often look at these, and I lke your fine artworks. These are near to me, because I making also little pieces, and I live in my studio, working "night  and day" in my little workshop. Thank you very much ! You are an opened personality and this is Great !
