The enamels are a mix of opalescents and transparents along with painting enamels on the figure. The cloisonne wire is very low and thread-like. The cloisonne wire on the edge of the image piece is corrugated with a teeny tiny corrugator that I purchased in Istanbul that was manufactured in Armenia. The frame is folded copper mesh that has been electroformed to give it substantially more strength and also builds up the little knobs on the edge. Then it is also enameled with opaque enamels. (I think that is all, Maria. I teach a lot and don't keep any secrets, so I probably have included an excessive amount of information.
