And then I also electroform it for added strength,... moreTammi, I am sorry to disappoint but this wire is not woven. It is thicker gauge wire copper mesh. I do a little bit of twist and variation of the wires with pliers, as you can see in bottom section. And then I also electroform it for added strength, which thickens the wire and also leaves those little knobby edges of organic-looking growth. I do not teach this anywhere but, if you ever take an electroforming workshop, I would be more than happy to share with you about joining and altering different gauges of wire mesh. less
