Hi, You can buy liquid enamel in powder form. You can sift it or add water and spray it on with a touch up gun like I do or an atomizer. They also make paintable, and water color enamels. I use crackle enamel, it's only crackle if I use a base to allow the crackle to occur. I buy my enamel by 5# at a time. You can buy it starting at 1 oz. to 5#.
