I am taking the pre-conference class on champleve and cloisonne, but not attending the conference itself - I'll be heading on to Pittsburgh to see some relatives and then to Touchstone to do a week retreat with Linda Darty.

seriously if you go try to attend the conference, there are break out sessions with many of the instructors and you can choose I think up to 6 of them to attend.  TOTALLY WORTH THE $$  I mention this because someone I know recently asked if IT was worth it!

Being totally new at this kind of events, I appreciate any advise you can give me to take advantage of each second. I am travelling from Colombia, so it's a big personal challenge. I am so excited!!!!

My family plans partially fell thru, so I am planning on going to the vendor area Saturday morning before I head to Pittsburgh. Maybe I'll see some of you there?
